Who is this Course for?

If you’re a non-native English speaker student who wishes to study abroad, with a suitable English level, then the TOEFL exam is for you!
This is due to multiple reasons; the first, and the most important one, is that many universities only accept students who have taken this exam and gained a score that fits their required score (we’ll get into that later in the next section).

The second reason is that you want your English to be at the level of the universities you want to join. All the materials are in English and you’ll have to keep up with what the professors are saying. So, it’s a crucial aspect you need to focus on because you don’t want English to be a hindrance that holds you back from your academic success. Leveling it up is what you want.

What Does This Test Include?

Both iBT and PBT test the four English skills, but each one has different test scores.

Listening

In the Listening section, you’ll hear 2 to 3 conversations and 5 to 7 lectures, and then you’ll be asked some questions about them. Each conversation and lecture is about 2 to 5 minutes. The duration: 41-57 minutes

Speaking

There are 4 tasks in this section, one is independent, and the others are integrated. The essential thing you need to develop in this skill is your ability to convey your thoughts and ideas into a spontaneous conversation between you and the examiner. The duration: 17 minutes

Reading

Questions in the Reading section consist of three or four passages (each about 700 words long) with 10 questions. These questions mostly assess the student’s understanding of the main ideas and details of the passages. There are also questions about vocabulary. The duration: 54-72 minutes

Writing

The Writing section consists of two tasks:
The integrated writing task:
Here you have to read an academic passage and listen to someone discussing it, then you must write about the main points and link them together.
The independent writing task:
In this task, you’ve to write an essay about your opinion of a topic and then explain it a bit further. The duration: 50 minutes
