About The Course

CELTA is the original “TEFL” course and provides initial training leading to the Cambridge English CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
It is intended for those without previous experience who wish to enter the profession and for teachers with no previous training in this field.

CELTA enables you to obtain your first TEFL job: the course is highly regarded by employers around the world as providing sound initial training and a strong basis from which to develop as a teacher of English.

Face to face CELTA Course

This is an intensive course so you can expect to receive 30 hours of training per week and spend an additional 15-25 hours studying in your own time. We have an experienced team of tutors to help ensure that your CELTA experience doesn’t disappoint you!

Advantage of F2F CELTA Course

Fully Online CELTA Course

You will complete all of the training, teaching practice and assignments online on Zoom. There is a dedicated input session on Zoom and your interview will also be via Zoom, so you will get firsthand experience of using Zoom even before the course has started.

Advantages of Fully Online Course

Why Should You Take CELTA?

The Cambridge CELTA is an introductory teacher training course designed for candidates with little or no previous English language TEFL teaching experience, enabling them to get the skills, knowledge and hands-on teaching practice needed to be a successful English language teacher.

Who Should Take CELTA?

If you’re wondering if the CELTA course fits your needs as an English teacher or not, here we cover the stances where CELTA is best for you.

  • If you want to live abroad and teach English there.
  • If you’re an apprentice or at the beginning of you English teaching career.
  • If you have little experience in teaching and want to push your limits and abilities to learn more and improve your English teaching skills.
  • If English is your second language or you’re a first language English speaker.

If any of the above sounds like you, then you should definitely join a CELTA course.
